Cancellation Policy

Deposit and Payment Terms A 25% non-refundable deposit is required within 30 days of booking to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 2 months prior to the wedding date. Your date is not reserved until the deposit has been received. Accepted payment methods: Venmo (preferred), Cash App, Credit Card (may incur a processing fee) Rescheduling and Cancellations Clients may reschedule up to one month before the wedding without penalty, provided the new date does not conflict with another booking. Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions (rain, storms, etc.) at no additional cost. Turnaround Time Standard delivery of the final gallery or video is within 6 weeks after the scheduled booking. Clients may opt for a sneak peek video or gallery within 2 weeks for an additional fee. Copyright and Usage Rights The photographer/videographer retains full copyright of all images and footage unless otherwise agreed upon. Clients receive the right to use photos and videos for personal use only. Additional Services and Fees Any requests for additional edits or services beyond the agreed package may incur extra charges. All fees for these services will be discussed and agreed upon in advance. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
